This painting is inspired by the Great journey we make crossing the sea of our destiny. Like the story of Mary Magdalene crossing the Sea to France, here she is with her cross on the sail ; the anchor with the heart. We are divinely guided and protected as we make our big journeys. This piece began at Revival Gathering in the PNW. I gathered Salish Sea water, and painted with that along with Earth Pigments.
